Cannot paste text from anywhere into a textbox

Bug Description

Using Inkscape 0.91 r13725 on Windows 7, I am currently not able to insert text from the clipboard to Inscape. That makes it impossible to copy special characters like • (i can insert them directly using Neo Layout, but copying is impossible).

Thanks for taking the time to file a report!

Not reproduced on Windows XP (32-bit), Inkscape 0.91 and 0.92.
Not reproduced on Xubuntu 16.04, Inkscape 0.91 and lp:inkscape/0.92.x rev. 15325.

@maja, do you use a specific clipboard manager (Ditto, ClipX or another one)?

Possibly related to (unfortunately incomplete) Bug #1519121 "copy text/paste text does not work" (Windows 7, Inkscape 0.48.4).

No I used standard Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V.
