LPE Rotate copies: untranslatable strings

It seems that the strings for the options are not translatable, also can't find them in the trunk po file.

As they are not changes, but entirely new strings, I think there's no difference if translators don't translate it - it will be displayed in English either way.

But if you commit the changes, at least they *can*. I would like to ;-)

Code fixed in trunk r.15186 and in 0.92.x in r.15134.

We also need to regenerate .po files for each lang.

Please anybody can run the script to generate the lang .po files with the new strings in both branches or point me the direction?
