Bug Description
Around one month ago, I imported normally ai or pdf files as is, but yesterday I saw that inkscape can't import correctly this files.
I used this (between many others) vector:

I experienced a similar issue with importing an .ai file. When importing an image containing a guitar, there's a ring in the sound hole. The preview shows it, but it is not present on the final import. See attached files.
