Thanks for taking the time to write a report!

Do you have a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Inkscape?
Could you please give details on the last actions you did in Inkscape before it crashed? (Some users already reported crashes when using extensions, and others random crashes.)

Changed in inkscape:
importance: Undecided → High
status: New → Incomplete
tags: added: crash win32

I believe that I am running a 32 Bit version, but this is more of a guess
than actually finding a statement if it is 32 or 64 bit version.

I initially was getting a crash of Inkscape when I was using a remote
desktop session, but when I was in front of the actual machine I was able
to get a crash. I do not see a crash all the time, and this is going to
make troubleshooting difficult. The task I was seeing the most crashes was
just simply moving an element around the document.

Is there a way to put Inkscape into a debug logging mode so I can collect
some data for you?

I have the same problem, I'm calling inkscape from a c# application with these arguments:
--file=\"{0}\" --verb=EditSelectAll --verb=SelectionSimplify --verb=FileSave --verb=FileClose --verb=FileQuit

I installed vcredist version 2008 2010 2012 2013 2015 for eachone x64 and x86.
I try Inkscape 0.47 and 0.91, unfortunately I can't use 0.92 version because has a different resolution.
Problem happens in win7 x64 and also in win10 x64.

The strange thing is I've no problem in my develop pc, but I can't sove it into deploy computers.

Hi, are you still experiencing this issue with the latest Inkscape version (0.92.4)?

Closing because this cannot be reproduced and there has been no response for 30 days.

If you still have a similar issue, uninstall and make sure there are no leftover files, then install the latest version of Inkscape. If the issue still exists, please file a new bug at https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inbox. Thank you!
