Portuguese translation - all tutorials v0.92

Hi,
here are all 9 tutorials, 1 png image, header and footer SVG files translated to portuguese pt-PT (all portuguese speaking countries except Brazil).

I've added also 2 files for brazilian portuguese not translated (header and footer). I've changed these 2 SVG files in Inkscape. I don't know if it's the best/only way.

For pt:
SVG files added to the trunk (rev. 15065) and the 0.92.x branch (rev. 15038).
HTML files added to inkscape-docs-export-website rev. 36 (website updated soon).

I'm going to update the pt_BR SVG files later to include the new header and footer.
