Bug Description
Gradients in Inkscape use pixels and these do not seem to be rendered correctly in other mayor SVG software (such as Firefox, Chromium and Ubuntus SVG preview).
For all details including example files see this:

It can be manually fixed [like this](https:/
If I am missing something and you can force Inkscape to use percentages here, please let me know.
Inkscape version used: 0.84.4 and 0.91 for the first creation of the SVG file.
I have got the same problem with Inkscape 0.91 and Firefox 52.0.2 or Chrome.
The thing is quite annoying, when you are dependent on showing your SVG in a browser (I was just beginning to love Inkscape and the JessyInk extension for creating presentations.)
