crash when drag&drop svg file on windows8

got the latest developer version and it still happens.

While with the regular version, it just dies, this version gives a rather useless pop-up before disappearing.

Suggestion on error:

- add a more-info button that provides a stacktrace, etc.

not reproduced on Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92pre4 15278 (32 bit exe build)

the drag and drop leads to the following DOS output, but no errors:

also, when closing Inkscape, I get a number of warnings of the type:
