Bug Description
Vertical Asian (CJK) text is not handled correctly. None of the characters with vertical forms display correctly. As a visual demonstration,
「フォルダーに入れよう。」
must appear like (left column) but instead incorrectly appears like (right column).

This is a giant setback for Asian potential users of Inkscape, and is very urgent as someone who often works in Japanese.

Marking duplicate of Bug #568658 "Chōonpu should be vertical version in vertical text and proplerly aligned".
Some improvements are expected in 0.92, but some characters still show incorrectly.
