Bug Description
When resizing an object using a geometric bounding box, millimeters and a stroke line, the object gets resized wrong and repositioned. (See attached image.) If you turn on the stroke width scaling, you get different wrong results.
Everything works nicely if stroke line is disabled, but having to click it off and on again for every resize is insane. Usually your objects are stroked for a reason. It gets really difficult, if you're resizing multiple objects and some of them are stroked and some are not.
The way I see it, if you're using geometric bounding box, stroke line shouldn't be included in size or position (calculations) since it's a visual attribute.
This is on Windows, tried Inkscape v0.46 and v0.91.
