Bug Description

When viewing the image attached to this issue:

- With Inkscape: the image has a dark purple border.
- With other viewers (tested with Chrome and Firefox): the image has a light purple border.

Thanks for taking the time to file a report!

Confirmed on Windows XP (32-bit), Inkscape with 0.45.1, 0.48.5, 0.91 and trunk rev. 14949.
Not reproduced with Firefox 46 and Batik 1.7.

Removing the mask from the 'use' object fixes the border color issue, but breaks the border rounding. Seems to be related to how the mask is applied anyway.
