Bug Description
When editing a bspline in the node editor, holding Ctrl while hovering over a bspline weight handle sets the statusbar text to "Move handle by his actual steps in BSpline Live Path Effect". This has multiple issues (bad grammar 'his', unclear phrase 'actual steps'). I would suggest "Snap handle to steps defined in BSpline Live Path Effect".
Verified in both r14895 and r14920.
OS: Arch Linux x86_64 (FWIW)
