dockable dialoges not saved

I use dockable dialogs and then merge them into one set of dialogs which I normaly move to my second screen. Upon saving and reopeing the document, the dialogs appear again, however as loose dialogs. I have to merge and rearange them again, despite having selected "Save and restore dialogs" in the preferences.

Is this a bug or am I missing a setting here?

  System set up:

  Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1 64 bits
  Inkscape Inkscape 0.91 r13725 64 bits

Known limitation of the current implementation to restore dialogs' status from last session (new in Inkscape 0.91), already tracked in earlier report:

indeed it's the same bug. Didn't notice it in the suggested bug list when I started this bug
