Track documentation errors/omissions

The current Inkscape Help/Manual relates to an older version rather than the current the 0.91

I'd like to suggest that the Help/documentation be updated, and that it's content is tracked in an appropriate manner.
(I'm not sure using a bug tracker designed for software would be the best fit though.)

Can you be a bit more specific which "Help/Manual" you're referring to?

We currently have multiple projects [1] which cover different aspects.

Errors in the bundled documentation are usually added in this tracker with the "documentation" tag (we also still have [2] which is being phased out, though).

I suspect the user refers to http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/ , which is linked from inside Inkscape.

If that's the case: That manual is maintained by Tavmjong Bah, and it's not exactly the official manual, but a manual that has been written - as a book - by one of the main Inkscape contributors, and that has been included because it was the best manual that was (and is) available. Feedback about it needs to go to Tav.
