eps not importing from a folder with special characters

I'm using inkscape 0.91, 64 bits on Windows 10, I could not import an eps object from a folder with an accent (´) in the name, in latin-america this is very common.

Bug reproduced on Windows 7, Inkscape 0.48.5, 0.91 and trunk rev. 14862. The preview zone in the import dialog is blank and Inkscape imports an empty group instead of the file.

Hi, coming back to this, do you still replicate the issue? I don't, testing 0.91-1 and 0.48.5 and 1.0.1 Windows 10, with a C:\Users\USERNAME\Downloads\fol`der\name`a.eps

If so, could you post the ghostscript version in use (and update if it's really old). I'm using 9.53.3
