Bug Description
When trying to save an SVG file as a PDF v1.5 file all the layers that are in Inkscape disappear from the PDF file even though PDF v 1.5 supports layers and so does SVG and inkscape. Other tools eg CAD programs correctly export layers so that you can make them visible as need in a PDF (https:/
