Bug Description

Open the attached svg and try to change the "Fill and Stroke" of the wobbly arrows left of the page. Sometimes the settings do not open freezing the desktop, sometimes it open but one cannot set the line thickness. The issue creates also high CPU load. This seems a major issue for me because Inkscape is not usable.

I'm on openSUSE Leap 42.1 with Inkscape 0.91 using KDE Plasma 5.

Easiest way to repro:

- Create a path.
- Add a marker
- clone the path
- try to select the original

=> Hang iff the fill and stroke panel has been opened
