Vertical Coordinate of Selection

When i am trying to move an object wit the Horizontal and Vertical Coordinate of Selection tool (X and Y) of the Commands Bar, after three consecutive clicks on the up/down arrows the object begins moving without stop.

I am working in Linux openSUSE 13.1, and my Inkscape version is 0.48.

Has Inkscape 0.48 active development? Or is marked as close.

As far as I can tell, it's a known issue already reported in Bug #1164150 "Blocking when double clicking on the spinner widget".
I'm going to mark your report duplicate, but don't hesitate to comment if you think it's a different issue.

@Jabier - The 0.48.x branch is not active for the Inkscape project (we don't provide new minor revisions), but some operating systems still use it. In the case of openSUSE, Inkscape 0.48.5 is still supported in openSUSE 13.2 up to the beginning of 2017
 0.91 is available as of openSUSE leap 42 and Tumbleweed.
