Build:inkscape-
When a circle is drawn (421 mm in my case) with a stroke (27mm width in this case) the geometry look OK. However when stroke to path is run then a small spike is created in the output geometry. A word document explaining the same is also enclosed.

Confirmed on Windows XP (32-bit), Inkscape trunk rev. 14718.
The spike doesn't always show, but when it does, it's always at the right of the ellipse.
Not reproduced with 0.91.
