Bug Description

I created a graph in excel and printed it to pdf with win2pdf imported this pdf in inkscape and saved the graph to svg file.

Viewing this svg file in Browsers like chrome (Version 48.0.2564.103 m (64-bit)) or firefox (43.0.1) a part is missing.

The file not working correctly is attached.

In this context i have another question: Is there any addon/plugin/script or printer to directly save an svg-file out of a windows application? Is searched the internet at least 5 hours and only the above solution came to me. I can't believe there is no direct way...

Here is the pdf attached. It shows the desired result.

I dont know what to do. The validator on http://validator.w3.org/ says its working. Only two warnings about inkscape specific extensions. I saved the svg file as a normal svg file. Not an inkscape one.:

Validation Output: 2 Warnings

Below is a list of the warning message(s) produced when checking your document.
Info The Content-Type was image/svg+xml. Using the XML parser (not resolving external entities). ✉
Warning Line 19, Column 41: This validator does not validate Inkscape extensions properly. Inkscape-specific errors may go unnoticed.

- confirmed on Windows 7 (32 bit), using Inkscape 0.91 r13725 (Jan 30 2015)
- attached is a screen dump of the svg file viewed in IE11. The image is missing the vertical gray bars in the bar graph. However this appears to be a deficiency in IE11, not in Inkscape, it is not clear how Inkscape can deal with this problem.

I replayed the importing described above but this time I checked import using poppler (Über Poppler importieren) in the import dialog. Saved the imported graph again as normal svg. And guess what: it works :)
