when I go to change the document properties it will not open up. I click on it and nothing happens

I also have the problem of the document properties option not coming up. This happens weather I use the wrench icon, shortcut keys or drop down menu. I am using Windows 10 and running Inkscape .91. I am using a laptop single monitor. This makes it very difficult to do landscape and work in other measurements than pixels. The app does not seem very stable in Windows 10 and can be a bit clichy. I hope you are working on this because your app is AWSOME!
