Bug Description
Please, upgrade the CC license URLs to version 4.0. Version 0.91 still uses URLs to version 3.0.
Perhaps also offer a way that users can choose the version number and even the language of the url, and still have the freedom to alter it manually.
The latter could be achieved by offering language selection in the metadata from iso-codes. Also allow the user to overwrite this for legacy values and legacy usage.
