Path object not displayed correct in 0.91

Inkscape can't display this file correct (it seems several path objects, black, gold, green are affected) https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/archive/7/7d/20151228012959!Coat_of_Arms_of_Tver_oblast.svg

In browsers all is fine. I opened with Inkscape 0.49 and saved it new, now 0.91 can display it also fine : https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Coat_of_Arms_of_Tver_oblast.svg (fixed)

Tested on Windows 7 x64 and Linux Mint 17.3 (Firefox 42 and Chrome and some other viewers are fine)

- not reproduced on Windows 7, 32 bit, using Inkscape 0.91 r13725 (Jan 30 2015)
- not reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape rev 14521

- could you attach a screenshot showing the defective rendering?
- also, which specific version of Inkscape, use Help->About Inkscape
- are you using a 32 bit or 64 bit version of Inkscape?

@Alvin Penner: Hello, I tested now on 4 different Inkscape versions, so :
- "0.91+devel " 32b it's indeed ok (like 0.49, there is only "devel" as revisions nr!?)
- "0.91pre4 r13712" 64b it fails (same system) the 32-64bit distinction is not shown under the Help menue!?
- Linux version is "0.91 r" (seems normal version without any number) I also can't say 32b or 64b!? But it fails too.

- The fault is very clear, so an screenshot is not needed.

for Windows, the latest stable release of the 64-bit installer is called:
inkscape-0.91-x64.msi (93.3 MB)

- is this the version you are using, and is this the version that is failing?

On OS X 10.7.5:
- reproduced with Inkscape 0.47 r22583, 0.48.5 r10040, 0.91 r13725
- not reproduced with 0.91+devel r14556

Based on tests with archived trunk builds:
- reproduced with 0.91+devel rev <= 14224,
- not reproduced with 0.91+devel rev >= 14228;
this issue seems to have been fixed with the major 2geom update in rev 14226:
Revision 14226: Sync 2Geom to revision 2413.
