Rotated objects' stroke widths do not print as expected

Bug Description

Version: Inkscape 0.91 r13725
Installer: inkscape-0.91-x64.msi
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, Build 7601
Printer: Dell B1260dn Mono Laser Printer

Steps to Produce:

    1. Open bug-demo-1.svg
    2. Print
    3. Rotate each object the designated number of degrees
    4. Print
    5. Compare stroke widths

Expected Behavior:

    Objects with identical stroke width properties print with identical stroke widths.

Observed Behavior:

    Objects print with different stroke widths, depending on rotation.

Known Workaround Steps:

    1. When the Print dialogue box appears, change selected printer to Adobe PDF.
    2. Open the newly-created PDF file in Adobe Acrobat X.
    3. Print to the default printer (Dell B1260dn).
