Inkscape crashes after one or two seconds of rotating a circle with an offset rotation center, next to another circle.

Warning: This can hang-up your system. On Linux I needed to open new session via Alt-Ctrl-F3 to kill the process.

To generate crash, rotate the right-most circle in the attached SVG file using the rotation handles around several times.
