Calendar renderer - Set weekend as Friday and Saturday

Feature request.
In the calendar renderer, there is the option to set what days the weekend is. In version 0.91 on Windows 7, the options are: Saturday and Sunday, Saturday, Sunday.
I live and work in the United Arab Emirates, and here (and in other Arabic countries?) the weekend is Friday and Saturday, then back to work on Sunday.
Would it be possible to add in the option to have Friday and Saturday as the weekend?
Perhaps it would be easier to just have checkboxes to select what days the weekend would be, which would allow any days to be the weekend. Good for shift workers/work planning?
