Bug Description
I was creating a path that happened to go through a set of coordinates. Its path outline disappeared when I zoomed way in. (I wanted to make the end of a second path align precisely on top of the path in question.) After some analysis, it started to look like the angle that segment of the path was at was key. As a demonstration, I created the attached SVG file showing the problem segment by itself.
I also am attaching two screenshots showing Inkscape displaying the outline and then not showing it at adjacent zoom levels.
