open destroy parts of the image

Bug Description

If I open the svg with Inkscape (0.91 r13725) it converts the svg somehow
and destroy a filter or something.

Since every other image views displays it right I guess it's a bug in Inkscape.

a number of console messages were received:

** (inkscape.exe:3620): WARNING **: Unimplemented style property SP_PROP_FLOOD_OPACITY: value: 1

- just for curiosity, which software was used to create this image?

I just got it that way so I don't know how it got created. My educated guess here is probably Adobe illustrator.
