Shifted output in print and print to PDF on Windows 10

I've been using Inkscape to design my product labels for a number of years now. The labels are either square or circular and come on A4 sheets of paper. I have all my templates set up and have never had a problem with it.

We recently bought a new computer which has windows 10. I have gone to print my labels and all of them are now misaligned on the labels. I am using A4 settings on the computer and everything looks right on the screen (I have not changed the file) but when I print everything shifts 5mm to the right and 5mm up the page.

I have Inkscape installed on my parents computer and they have recently upgraded to Windows 10 so I made quick file on their computer and it also prints this way. This also happens if I PDF the file.

I have tested numerous other documents from Word, PDF's etc and all are printing fine so I am thinking it is something in the program.

How can I fix this please as I have lots of templates set up and really don't want to go through and realign them all "incorrectly" on the screen.

Please add information about Inkscape version to the bug description, and - if Inkscape 0.91 - also details about which installer used: 32bit or 64bit?

Please clarify - is this referring to saving a copy as PDF (using Inkscape's built-in PDF export feature), or to printing to PDF via custom printer driver?

I downloaded the 0.91 version with 32bit and noticed the problem. I uninstalled the program and downloaded the 0.91 with 64bit and still had the same issue. I
I then downloaded the 0.48.5 and still had the same issue.

I have tried 3 different printers and all misaligned the print. PDF printers also misalign the print out.

The Save as to PDF prints out correct but this is not an viable option especially as I was able to print straight from my document. I use templates I have created for labels and change names on each template, print then go through and change names again. Creating a PDF is not an efficient option.
