Bug Description
Follow-up report to:
Bug #1506043 “PDF import options always default to 'Poppler/Cairo import'”
Feature request: store/retrieve Inkscape's last used PDF import options via preferences file (like options of script-based input extensions, and of internal PDF output).
Detail to be considered for direct import/export via CLI (the command 'inkscape -f input.pdf -l output.svg' does not show the import dialog):
a) keep using default options only
b) switch to last used settings (from preferences)
c) add new command line arguments for the GUI options
