Bug Description
Inkscape 0.91 introduced a very useful feature: clicking on the ruler toggles guides.
It would be useful as well to have something similar for grids. Using a modifier key with click on the rulers could do the trick.
I'm not sure about what exact modifier key would be appropriate, as there aren't guidelines about modifier keys for UI elements in Inkscape. Probably Shift or Alt are better candidates than CTRL.
