Bug Description

Inkscape 0.91, 64-bit MSI installer

WIN 7 Enterprise SP1 64-bit

Saved .svg to re-open (to get around known bug that crashes when tiff->pattern).

Double-clicking in windows explorer to open gets this error from Windows:

The program can't start because libMagick++-3.dll is missing from your computer.

Opening by File->Open... in inkscape did not have an error.

Fix: .svg files were set by default to open with older version of inkscape. Setting "open with" default to inkscape.exe in new installation directory fixed problem.

Program defaults not updated during uninstall/new install?

This is likely to be an issue with uninstaller for previous versions. Given a lack of response and that I can't reproduce this with Inkscape 0.92.3/0.92.4, closing this issue.

If you can still reproduce this, please reopen or file a new bug. Thank you!

Changed in inkscape:

Actually the most relevant bug would probably be bug #1653574. Regardless this shouldn't be an issue with current Inkscape.
