Bug Description
The extension Generate from path > Inset/Outset Halo immediately applies the effect when live preview is ticked (even without pressing the "apply" button).
To reproduce the error:
- new document, draw circle, do Shift+Ctrl+C (Object to path)
- with path (circle) selected, do Extensions > Generate from Path > Inset/Outset Halo
- check "live preview". A halo is formed.
- do not press "apply", only press "close".
Observed behavior: the halo is applied.
Expected behavior: the halo is not applied.
Inkscape 0.91 on Ubuntu 15.04.

Reproduced with Inkscape 0.47, 0.48.5, 0.91 and 0.91+devel r14353 on OS X 10.7.5.
Live preview does not work with this internal extension: is is not undone when unchecking the Live preview, either. The 'Live preview' toggle does work OTOH with the other internal extension 'Extensions > Render > Grid' (so not a design issue in general with internal extensions).
