Bug Description
Inkscape currently allows a user to truncate significant figures when saving an SVG as "Optimized," using scour. I believe this option should be moved to document properties. Having the option in a save dialog causes items to move upon save, whereas my proposal would by WYSIWIG. I suggest this option be placed in a new "Source Code" tab in the properties window.
