inkscape export dialog missing options for including or excluding out background

new version has the dialog built into the sidebar, does not show options like whether or not to include the bg color

not a wishlist / feature request -- there used to be a checkbox that said "hide all but selected" or something like that, which would hide the background and surrounding elements that are in the same viewport but not selected. it is missing in the newer version of inkscape where the dialog now snaps to the right side.

Attached are the screenshots of the export dialog in Inkscape 0.48.5 (left) and Inkscape 0.91 (right). Could you explain based on those which GUI option is missing in Inkscape 0.91?

The requested feature ('Hide all except selected") did and still does exist in 'File > Export PNG Image' - please feel free to reopen the report in case it was misunderstood or closed in error, and provide additional details (e.g. a screenshot of the dialog, information about OS/platform, etc.) if the reported issue persists for you.
