Inkscape Trunk crashes when pasting drawing from Fontforge

Hi,

seems a very new problem on August 20 or a couple of days before (linked to coordinates ?) because I used this feature last week without problem.

Inkscape Trunk crashes when trying to paste drawings copied from Fontforge Glyph.

Before it pasted it just outside below Inkscape page when I use "paste in place" and now it try to paste top left on the page but it freezes and crashes while displaying the drawing on the page.

I use Inkscape on Kubuntu 14.04 and Fonforge July 2012 release

Could you attach a test case (font file), and details how to reproduce the crash (which glyph to copy in fontforge & paste in inkscape)?

(A quick test with latest Inkscape 0.91+devel r14310, Fontforge July 2012, and a random glyph from the font-awsome OTF font (git master) did not reproduce the crash, on OS X 10.7.5).

Crash reproduced with Inkscape 0.91+devel r14310 on Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS (VM 64bit, host: OS X 10.7.5), Fontforge July 2012, same glyph(s) from same OTF font (FontAwesome.otf, from git master) as used for test on OS X.

On Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS (VM 64bit, host: OS X 10.7.5):
- crash not reproduced with Inkscape 0.91+devel r14308
- crash reproduced with Inkscape 0.91+devel r14309
(all tested trunk builds from inkscape.dev's PPA)

Reproduced with Inkscape 0.91+devel r14310 on OS X 10.7.5 if using 'llvm-gcc-4.2' instead of clang as compiler.

(it is not linked to transforms but to attempts to remove some errors when copypasting across inkscape windows-but broke pasting from non-inkscape windows-)
