Bug Description
Version: Inkscape 0.91r (Ubuntu 14.04)
Steps to recreate the issue:
* Activate the grid.
* Check if snapping is enabled (for example with the Bezier tool).
* Add an object.
* Click again on the already selected object.
* Move the central point. It does not snap to the grid lines.
