Bug Description
the demo file here is from Bug 1472518, slightly modified to highlight the stroke
when using the rounded join, the joins are asymmetric, leaning to the left.
- reproduced in rev 14248
- reproduced in rev 14237
- not reproduced in Inkscape 0.91

Testing with archived builds (OS X 10.7.5):
- not reproduced with 0.91+devel rev <= 14224,
- reproduced with Inkscape 0.91+devel rev >= 14228;
very likely a regression related to the 2geom update in r14226:
