Missing undo history label for metadata description

Reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape 0.48.5, 0.91 and trunk rev. 14206.
Reproduced on Xubuntu 15.04, Inkscape 0.91 and trunk rev. 14206.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the Undo History dialog (Shift+Ctrl+H).
2. Open the Document properties dialog (Shift+Ctrl+D).
3. In the metadata tab, add text in the description or contributors field.
-> In the Undo History, the change is recorded as "entity-entry:146" instead of "Document metadata update".
