Bug Description

Inkscape 0.91 r13725

Hi,

there is no item for a running Inkscape instance within the KDE 5 Panel, which is also blocked while Inkscape is running. Closing Inkscape solves the problem.

I need to use Alt+Tab for changing the focus to another application.

I can't reproduce this problem with Plasma 5.12 and Inkscape 0.92.4. Do you still have this problem with the latest Inkscape version?
