Bug Description
Currently, in the preference window it is possible to set keyboard shortcuts. However, when setting a key-combination that is already in use, the old one gets un-setted. It would be usefull if:
1) It is possible to type in a key-combo, and see which actions are connected to it
2) Let inkscape warn that is unsetting the old mapping

1) In version 0.91 it is already possible to type e.g. "Ctrl+D" in the search field
