I use a Wacom tablet and press the space bar constantly to switch between tools, but with the new space bar + mouse panning in .91, Inkscape keeps panning instead of switching tools (from the slight movement of the pen mouse above the tablet).
And often when it pans, Inkscape gets stuck in the panning mode so that I can't do anything (even though I only tapped the spacebar and am not holding it down). Several times a day I would have to save my work, then close and open Inkscape to make it stop. Eventually I figured out that if I hit Ctrl and the arrow keys several times, it would eventually move the screen that way and snap out of panning.
We really need a way to disable the space bar panning to fix both of these problems! |
