Bug Description
I would like to use Inkscape to draw UML diagrams. In the attached example I would like to put an arrow-connector between the "Client" box and the "AbstractFactory" box. I choose the object connector tool and select the arrow-connector. Then I try to drag the end of the arrow-connector to the middle of the "Client" box. The expected handle in the centre of the "Client"-box is not shown. If I remove the image that is located below the boxes the connection tool works as expected and the handles are found.
Suggestion: show connector handles for all layers.
