Envelope extension absent with Russian interface

1. Launch Inkscape with default English interface, e.g.:
LC_ALL='C' inkscape
There is a menu item "Extensions -> Modify Path -> Envelope"
The submenu "Extensions -> Modify Path" has 13 items (for version 0.91)

2. Launch Inkscape with Russian interface, e.g.:
LC_ALL='ru_RU.utf8' inkscape
The corresponding submenu "Расширения -> Изменение контура" has only 12 items (for version 0.91) and no equivalent of "Envelope".

Observed for Inkscape versions 0.48.5 and 0.91, OS: Gentoo Linux AMD64.

The problem seems to be in po/ru.po file, where both "Perspective" and "Envelope" are translated as "Перспектива". I suggest translating "Envelope" as "По огибающей", the way it's done elsewhere in the file for "Envelope Deformation" . See the attached patch.

Confirmed with Inkscape 0.48.5, 0.91 r13725 and 0.91+devel r14059 on OS X 10.7.5
