Bug Description
Since a few weeks, the taper stroke LPE is broken in trunk (Currently running r14059). When moving the taper point to the first cusp node, a small triangle cutout appears there (see attachment). This didn't happen in earlier versions.

Based on tests with archived trunk builds (0.91+devel) on OS X 10.7.5:
- rev 14032: renders join as expected (nonzero fill)
- rev 14034: renders join as bevel (nonzero fill)
- rev 14036, 14039: renders huge blob outside of the join
- rev >= 14048: renders join as 'evenodd' ("cutout triangle") instead of nonzero
(no archived builds in-between)
