Bug Description
I was using an earlier version of Inkscape when I tried to read an SVG file which was readable by both IE and Firefox, but Inkscape refused because it apparently didn't like the taste, (it was flavored by Adobe Illustrator and when I tried to read the file with Inkscape I got the usual completely useless error message "There's something wrong with this file, I know exactly what it is, but I ain't gonna tell you, neener neener neener") and I discovered I was using an older version of Inkscape. I upgraded to the latest one, which is 0.91r13725, 64 Bit, and that loads the file correctly.
Now, the Open Dialog, when you click on a file, no longer shows a preview of the image, it just shows the generic Inkscape icon. This function worked before and has worked in previous releases, in fact its a crucial function since there is no way to view an SVG file except from Inkscape or perhaps IE or Firefox, there is no shell integration to see an SVG image directly.
Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit Service Pack 1
Machine: AMD FX 6 Core 64-bit processor, 16 GB memory
