Bug Description
The zoom tool shows a magnifying glass with + and when you drag a rectangle, it zooms so that rectangle fills the screen. When you hold down SHIFT the + changes to -, but dragging a rectangle still zooms in. I suggest that when dragging a rectangle with SHIFT held down, when the mouse is released it should zoom out so that what WAS on the whole screen is now filling the rectangle that was dragged.
