Copy and paste of colored diagram connectors with end markers does not reproduce the end markers

Version Inkscape 0.91 r13725 Win7 64 bit

How to reproduce:
- Connect two boxes with a diagram connector
- Give the diagram connector a stroke color
- Give the diagram connector an end marker [Yay for automatically colored end markers! :-) ] -- see attached file
- Select everything
- Copy and paste selection

Observed behavior:
- The pasted diagram connector does not have an end marker

Expected behavior:
- The pasted objects are an exact replica. In particular, the diagram connector has the same end marker

The behavior is not always reproducible, as I just found out. The colored end markers trigger a host of strange behavior that is not always reproducible -- markers changing color temporarily, markers not shown in the selection dialog, stuff like that. I find it hard to file good bug reports when the bugs are spurious like that.

Not reproduced with 0.48.5.
