Routing of diagram connectors becomes a mess after saving and reopening

Bug Description

Version Inkscape 0.91 r13725 Win7 64 bit

How to reproduce:
- Connect two shapes with a diagram connector, crossing a third shape
- Make the diagram connectors avoid said third shape (sample file attached)
- Save the file and close Inkscape
- Reopen the file

Observed behavior:
- The diagram crosses the third shape when the file is opened
- As soon as shape 1 or 2 are moved, the diagram connector is rerouted to avoid the third shape as it should.
- This behavior is super annoying when working with complex diagrams: The entire diagram is a mess after saving and reopening!

Expected behavior:
- The file looks and behaves exactly the same after saving and reopening.

Workaround:
- Select everything and move with the keyboard back and forth
- This workaround sometimes has strange effects on large diagrams that I couldn't reproduce yet in a way suitable for a bug report.

Already tracked in bug #1421061 "Incorrect connector layout on load in existing document window (connector-avoid undone)".

@uellue - bug #1421061, comment #8, gives a very easy workaround (undo with Ctrl+Z just after loading the document).
