Export PNG image menu item does not work in win64

Platform: Windows 64-bit (using MSI installer)
Version: 0.91

The "Export to PNG Image" menu item doesn't appear to do anything in 0.91! I'm afraid I know nothing about debugging on Windows, so please let me know if I can provide anything useful.

Same as Bug #1417110 “export bitmap window not displaying at all.”?

Possible causes:
- the user doesn't notice that the dialog is no docked in the main window
- the dialog opens off-screen (in a multi-monitor setup)?

Possible steps to further investigate on the affected system (if non of the two above explanations match:

1) quit all running Inkscape processes
2) rename the Inkscape user profile
 %APPDATA%\inkscape
3) launch inkscape again (it will recreate the Inkscape preferences with default settings)
4) Now test whether the 'Export PNG Image' opens visible with the new preferences (docked at the right side of the current Inkscape document window).
5) If new preferences make the export dialog appear, please attach the old (saved in step 2) and the new preferences file to this report

Yep, sorry... user error! Now I feel stupid ;)
