Support for copying nodes

Many of the curves I make are symmetrical. Instead of recreating all nodes, I would like to copy and paste the node info (handle length and angle) so I can re-use existing nodes without having to recreate them from scratch.

A shape mirroring system would be handy as well.

Indeed - I'm also looking forward to having this branch merged into the current development branch (for future Inkscape 0.92) :-)
